1. That Man Again
He has become a regular in this section but how can you ignore Wanderers goalkeeper Daniel Lopar?
Another stellar performance in goals with a string of superb saves. What we know is that he is setting a very high standard for goalkeepers this season.
2. Nicolai Muller
Just 30 minutes on the field in his Wanderers debut but you could see clearly his qualities.
Muller looked comfortable and confident from the get-go.
The forward has only been in the country a week so he is only going to get better with more match time under his belt.
3. Matthew Jurman
Never doubt the fight in the Wanderers defender.
Jurman has been a tower of strength since joining the club and showed his qualities after he copped an injury, yet still played on before it finally got the better of him.
4. Fortress Wanderland
It’s now three games – two wins and a draw at Bankwest Stadium in the Hyundai A-League.
This is our home, our fortress.
The players, members, and fans just love it and it’s going to take something very special to knock this team over.
