A true Western Sydney girl, Helen played her junior football in her hometown of Liverpool before later joining Marconi Stallions where she made a name for herself in the NSW Premier League.
After nine years with the Stallions the forward signed her first Westfield W-League contract with the Western Sydney Wanderers in 2012.
Of a Greek background, Helen made her Red & Black debut against Canberra United in Round Two of the Westfield W-League 2013/14 season and scored her first goal against Perth Glory in Round Five.
Helen continued her good form into the 2014/15 season, scoring against Perth again and Brisbane Roar before re-signing in 2015/16 as one of the most experienced players in the team.
