Ins & Outs: Wanderers v Brisbane

Ins & Outs: Wanderers v Brisbane

Head coach Carl Robinson has named his extended squad for Sunday afternoon’s fixture against Brisbane Roar at Bankwest Stadium.

Robinson has named a full-strength squad for Sunday’s match against Brisbane with the Wanderers still not mathematically out of the running for a place in the Finals Series.

The Red & Black will be desperate for all three points after a very disappointing mid-week fixture against Wellington Phoenix which saw them defeated 2-1.

Brisbane, on the other hand, will be flying high with confidence after rolling the newly-crowned Premiers early on in the week.

Jay O’Shea scored a pair of penalties on either side of an Alex Parsons strike as the Roar took full advantage of mass changes to the City lineup to seal the three points needed to break clear of the congestion building from sixth spot to tenth on the table.
