The independent Match Review Panel (MRP) – consisting of Simon Micallef (Chair), Con Diomis and Alan Davidson – convened on Thursday, 8 April 2021 to consider an incident involving Kenny Miller (Western Sydney Wanderers – Team Official) (Miller) following the conclusion of Western Sydney Wanderers FC’s A-League Match Week 15 fixture against Central Coast Mariners on Tuesday, 6 April 2021.

The MRP has the authority to consider the incident as Miller was issued with a direct Red Card by the Referee.

The MRP determined that Miller had committed the offence of the “use of offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures against a Match Official.” The MRP confirmed that Miller will serve a suspension of one (1) match, being the minimum sanction for the offence.
