Wanderers member ticket redemption information for Wellington


Under current Federal and State Government restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an opportunity for the Western Sydney Wanderers to have a limited number of tickets available for ticketed members. 

Due to the reduction in capacity and social distancing regulations at Bankwest Stadium, members will have the opportunity to redeem ticket(s) in their membership category on Wednesday 22 July for our first match back at Wanderland next Friday night. 

We are expecting a large interest from members to redeem tickets and in the instance that members miss out on ticket(s) in their category, members will be able to access the next best available tickets the following day.

All tickets for the remainder of the season will be issued as mobile tickets. More information on mobile ticketing can be found here.

The Membership Team will be sending passwords and the ticket redemption link via email and encourage all members to regularly check their emails to keep informed.

The Red & Black kindly request members consider the safety of others and please stay home if you have been feeling unwell, have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or are awaiting on the results of a COVID-19 test (including yourself).

Click here to for the latest COVID-19 case locations. If you have been to any of these locations during the times and dates indicated you should: 

  • Not attend the match
  • Immediately self-isolate until 14 days after you were last there
  • Get tested even if you have no symptoms
  • Watch for COVID-19 symptoms and get retested should any symptoms recur
  • Even if you get a negative test, you must stay in isolation for 14 days (this is because it can take 14 days before you may show symptoms or test positive)

Please note: due to increased cases of COVID-19 in the state of Victoria, anyone holding a permanent address/residence in Victoria will not be permitted into the venue. More information on Bankwest Stadiums COVIDSafe measures can be found here.
