Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today provided an update on changes in the club’s Isuzu UTE A-League team’s coaching and support staff.
The Red & Black farewell Goalkeeper Coach Davide Del Giovine after seven years at the club.
Del Giovine worked across all levels of the goalkeepers during his time at the club, from the Wanderers Academy, Women’s and Men’s teams and is thanked for his dedication at contribution to the Red & Black.
At the Wanderers Academy, former head coach Jean-Paul de Marigny has returned to the club as Academy Technical Director of the club’s next generation.
Head of Physiotherapy Stan Ivancic is set to continue his role at the club after a number of seasons.
The Wanderers welcome Jess Vanstrattan to the club’s coaching line-up, taking on the role as Goalkeeper Coach.
After transitioning from professional player to coach in 2013, Vanstrattan has had roles at Newcastle Jets, Melbourne City and Melbourne Victory before settling down at the Central Coast Mariners where he has been since 2019.
Elias Boukarim joins as the club’s new High Performance Manager.
Boukarim spent seven years at cross-city rivals Sydney FC before leaving to set-up his own consultancy business last year.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Ray Younis joins Isuzu UTE A-League set-up with extensive qualifications in the health and fitness industry and will work closely over the next season with Ivancic.
