Wanderers sign MOU with North West Sydney Football

Western Sydney Wanderers FC have today announced the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with North West Sydney Football.

The MOU will aim to provide tangible opportunities for player and coach education, while engaging the community to drive a love of participation in football and converting participants to fans of the professional game.

North West Sydney Football Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Toivonen was proud see the Wanderers continue to reaffirm their commitment to the professional game in this country.

“We share the vision of growing our great game, at all levels within our region, and signing this MOU simply confirms this intent,” said Toivonen.

“We will endeavour to continue to assist the conversion of our fantastic participation base into fans, while the Wanderers will look help us drive participation through our member Clubs.”

Wanderers General Manager Scott Hudson said that grassroots football is the lifeblood of our game.

“Our relationships with associations like North West Sydney Football are extremely important to us and help facilitate our connection to the grassroots community across Western Sydney,” said Hudson.

“We look forward to continuing our partnership with NWS Football in growing the game in Australia.”
