The Western Sydney Wanderers will be hosting an upcoming Information Session for schools in Western Sydney to find out more information about the club’s programs.
The Wanderers school programs offer the opportunity for schools to connect with the club through the School Ambassador, FREE School Football Clinics and Schools Cup Programs.
The main focus of these programs is to introduce participants to the beautiful game and get them involved in drills, activities, and sports days to support a healthy, active lifestyle.
School Ambassador
The purpose of the School Ambassador program is to provide each school the voice they need to communicate and create a direct relationship with the Wanderers. The Red & Black welcome any teachers in Western Sydney who have a passion not just for football but for providing opportunities to their school community.
FREE Clinics
The FREE School Clinics are back, engaging students through football and providing them with a positive football experience. The delivery of free school clinics across Western Sydney continues our commitment to making sure that football programs are accessible to all schools and students in our region.
Schools Cup
The Western Sydney Wanderers School’s Cup, presented by ABAL Banking, is a community-based competition that encourages students to participate and play football in a friendly and supportive environment. The Wanderers focus on good sportsmanship, healthy competition but most importantly having fun!
Inclusive Football Programs
At Western Sydney Wanderers, we want to encourage everyone to participate in sport and enjoy the shared love of football, no matter what age, gender or ability. Our Inclusive Football Programs work with schools across the Western Sydney Region with dedicated support units. The information session is also an opportunity for teachers and administrators to network with like minded schools within the community.
