The Wanderers Foundation is turning every goal into an opportunity to make a difference, launching its new Scoring Goals for the Wanderers Foundation initiative for the 2026/27 season.
Every time the Wanderers’ A-League Men and A-League Women find the back of the net this season, fans can help create a lasting impact across Western Sydney by pledging a donation for every goal scored.
With pledges starting from just $1 per goal, the initiative gives Members, fans and the wider community a simple way to get behind the Red & Black while supporting the life-changing work of the Wanderers Foundation.
The concept is simple. The more goals the Wanderers score, the more good we can do together.
More than football
Since its establishment in 2020, the Wanderers Foundation has been committed to breaking down barriers, creating opportunities and bringing communities together through the power of football.
More than 10,000 people have already been positively impacted by the Foundation’s programs, providing meaningful opportunities for participation, connection and personal growth across Western Sydney.
Among its achievements, the Foundation has provided 120 talented young female footballers with access to the Wanderers Girls Academy, a fee-free elite development pathway designed to remove financial barriers and support the next generation of female footballers.
Through inclusive, multicultural, First Nations and female football programs, the Foundation continues to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds and abilities to participate, belong and thrive.
Independent research has also identified seven key areas of social impact through the Foundation’s work, including improved health and wellbeing, confidence, social connection, skills development and access to opportunities.
Now, every goal scored by the Red & Black can help build on that impact.
Every goal makes a difference
Whether it’s a last-minute winner at Wanderland or a stunning strike on the road, every goal scored by our Men’s and Women’s teams this season can contribute to something bigger than the result on the pitch.
And getting involved couldn’t be easier.
1. Pick your pledge
Choose how much you’d like to donate for every Wanderers goal scored this season. Whether it’s $1, $5, $10 or $50 per goal, every contribution counts.
2. Turn goals into good
Follow the Wanderers throughout the 2026/27 season as every goal scored by our A-League Men and A-League Women adds to your total donation.
3. Make your impact
At the end of the season, your nominated card will be charged automatically for your total pledge amount, with the Australian Sports Foundation providing a tax receipt.
