Barcelona are on their way to Australia after announcing a 20-man squad for Wednesday’s blockbuster friendly against the A-Leagues All Stars in Sydney.

The All Stars concept is being reincarnated following an eight-year absence, with Dwight Yorke and the Isuzu UTE A-League’s best going head-to-head against LaLiga powerhouse Barcelona at Accor Stadium midweek.

Barca closed out their 2021-22 LaLiga campaign with a 2-0 defeat to Villarreal at Camp Nou on Sunday.

Shortly afterwards, Xavi revealed his travelling party, headlined by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Frenkie de Jong, Dani Alves and Marc-Andre ter Stegen.

Gerard Pique, Ferran Torres, Pedri, Eric Garcia, Clement Lenglet, Sergi Roberto, Sergino Dest, Neto, Martin Braithwate, Riqui Puig and Oscar Mingueza have not made the trip Down Under.
