Born in Earlwood, the writing was on the wall for Evan to someday join the Red & Black when he joined his local Earlwood Wanderers in 2001.
After spending five years with the Wanderers he enjoyed short one-year stints at Carss Park in 2006 and Peakhurst United in 2007 before joining St George FC’s representative side for two seasons.
Learning his trade as a midfielder, Evan represented NSW Metro West from 2008-2014 and Sydney East Schoolboys in 2009.
Following his two seasons with St George, Evan spent a season each with Sydney Olympic and Parramatta FC in 2010 and 2011 before returning to Olympic in 2012 where he would remain for a further four seasons.
Evan added a host of representative honours to his name in 2015, representing the Sydney South West Schoolboys, NSW Schoolboys and Australian Schoolboys before joining the Wanderers Academy in 2016.
