Match Preview: Macarthur v Wanderers

Macarthur host Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday for an A-League Men clash at Campbelltown Stadium.

Western Sydney Wanderers suffered a 3-2 defeat against Adelaide United at CommBank Stadium in their last A-League Men match, putting them in fourth place on 34 points through 22 matches. They are eight points behind first-placed Melbourne City.

Macarthur are in 10th place on 25 points through 22 matches. Macarthur were defeated 2-1 in their last A-League Men match at Macedonia Park against Perth Glory, extending their winless streak to three (W0 D1 L2).

When the two sides last met in A-League Men action, Wanderers came out on top 4-0 at CommBank Stadium in February. Brandon Borrello opened the scoring for the Wanderers in the third minute. Romain Amalfitano, Morgan Schneiderlin, and Calem Nieuwenhof also found the net.
