South Coast Wolves and Thomas Manos won 3-2 against Bonnyrigg White Eagles. Manos’ kicking was excellent and he made a notable save off an impressive free-kick.

Anthony Schmidt played ten minutes for Marconi Stallions in their 5-1 loss against Sydney Olympic.

Michael Trajkovski was out injured in Sydney Olympic’s 1-0 loss against Marconi Stallions and hopes to be back in the next week or two.

Jordan Koton is still out injured and missed out in playing in Sydney United 58’s 5-2 victory against Parramatta FC.

Tia Gavin continued her excellent goal scoring form getting Manly’s goal in their 1-1 draw with North West Sydney Koalas. It was a solid physical and mental performance by Manly who also had Chloe O’Brien in the line-up.

Helen Petinos, Hannah Beard and Rhianna Pollicina all lined up for the Koalas with Beard getting the assist for their goal after Petinos had won the ball in midfield.

Football NSW Institute’s 4-2 victory over Illawarra Stingrays saw Demi Koulizakis score from outside the box while setting-up another! Jordan Baker scored one for Stingrays while Michelle Carney set the other up. Fellow Wanderers Lorena Bugden (Institute) and Caitlin Cooper (Stingrays) also took to the pitch.

Sydney University got their first win of the season with a 2-0 victory over the Emerging Jets. Grace Henry, Trudy Burke, Victoria Guzman and Rachel Soutar all featured in the winning side with Soutar’s cross setting-up the second goal.
