The Schools Cup is a community-based competition that encourages students to participate and play football in a friendly and supportive environment.
Schools enter the Wanderers Schools Cup through their regional rounds and play in a round-robin tournament to determine the regional winners. The top teams from the regional competitions progress into a Finals tournament at the Wanderer’s Football Park.
Regional Gala Days will be held from the end of April for the Western NSW region, Hills, Granville, North-West Sydney, Canterbury-Bankstown, Nepean, Southern Districts, Blacktown and Macarthur before the Finals Series in mid-August.
Last year’s Schools Cup tournament saw over 500 students travel to Wanderers Football Park for the Finals Series alone.
Every team that registers for the Wanderers Schools Cup gets access to the Wanderers Fives for a full day during the school term at no cost!
