The Subway Socceroos will play its fifth and sixth international friendlies of 2023 when it faces England and New Zealand on Saturday 5:45am (AEDT) and Wednesday 5:45am (AEDT).
This will be the first of two historic clashes which will see the Subway Socceroos take on the Three Lions at a sold-out Wembley Stadium, the first time an Australian side has appeared at one of world football’s most iconic venues.
A clash the All Whites follows which will be played at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford with the recently rediscovered New Zealand and Australia Soccer Ashes Trophy to be taken home by the winner. The prize makes its official return after being missing for almost 70 years.

Our squad
Graham Arnold named a strong 23-player squad which has seen the return of 31-year-old midfielder Massimo Luongo for the first time in over four years as well as maiden selection for Hibernian full-back Lewis Miller.
Initially named in the squad, Riley McGree had to withdraw due to an injury sustained with Middlesbrough and was subsequently replaced by Aiden O’Neill.
Three additional train on players have also been called up in Alex Robertson, Mohamed Toure and Patrick Yazbek.

The matches against England and New Zealand will be broadcast live and free on Australia’s ‘Home of Football,’ Network 10 with coverage beginning from 5:30am AEDT.
